🚚 UK-Wide Delivery

We are proud to offer nationwide delivery within the United Kingdom. Whether you’re in England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, we can arrange for your puppy to arrive safely at your doorstep or preferred collection point.

Delivery Options:

Personal Ground Transport:
We use trusted, DEFRA-approved pet transport partners who specialize in delivering puppies with care and professionalism. Your puppy will travel in a climate-controlled, secure vehicle and receive regular breaks, food, and water throughout the journey.
Meet-Up Option:
In some cases, we can arrange to meet partway for delivery or collection. This can be discussed and agreed upon during the reservation process.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Delivery typically takes place within 5–10 days of final payment and weaning (depending on location and puppy readiness).
You will receive a confirmed delivery date and time window once your puppy is ready for transport.

✈️ International Shipping (By Arrangement)

While our primary focus is within the UK, we may consider international shipping on a case-by-case basis, particularly within Europe.

Important Notes:

International transport must comply with destination country regulations, including vaccinations, microchipping, and possible quarantine.
Additional fees apply for international travel, and extended timelines may be required.
Buyers are responsible for verifying and complying with local import laws.

📦 Delivery Costs

Delivery fees vary based on your location and the type of transport selected.

Local Pickup (Free) – You are welcome to collect your puppy in person from our location.
UK Delivery – Starts from £150 depending on distance.
International Shipping – Quoted individually, based on airline rates, crate costs, vet documents, and logistics.

All delivery fees will be clearly outlined in your purchase agreement.

🐶 Puppy Safety During Transit

Your puppy’s well-being is our highest priority. All puppies are:

At least 8 weeks old before leaving our care
Fully weaned and vet-checked
Vaccinated, wormed, and microchipped before departure
Provided with a health certificate and travel documentation
Transported in accordance with UK animal welfare regulations

📝 Delivery Confirmation

Once your puppy has been dispatched, we will:

Provide real-time delivery updates
Share your transporter’s contact information
Require a signature and photo ID at the time of delivery

❗ Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or unavailability, we will attempt to reschedule at an additional cost. It’s essential that someone is available to receive and care for the puppy immediately upon arrival.
